WATER BOTTLE RINSING-FILLING-CAPPING MACHINE

An RFC Machine is an all-in-one, fully automated packaging system designed for the bottled water industry. It seamlessly integrates three core production stages—Rinsing, Filling, and Capping—into a single, synchronized monoblock unit. This machine handles a wide range of round and square plastic (PET) bottles, typically spanning volumes from 100 ml to 2000 ml (2 Litres), without requiring massive component overhauls. By merging these three steps, the machine maximizes production efficiency, minimizes manual labor, and ensures absolute hygiene by eliminating open-air bottle transfer between stations. How the 3-in-1 Process Works: The machine operates on a rotary system where bottles are continuously fed via an air conveyor and move through three distinct operational zones: 1. Rinsing Stage (Rotary Inverter)The Action: Empty bottles enter the rinsing section via an inlet starwheel. Specially designed spring-loaded grippers securely hold the bottles by their necks. The Process: The mechanism mechanism flips the bottles 180 degrees upside down directly over high-pressure rinsing nozzles. The Clean: A sterile water jet is injected inside the bottle to flush out dust, debris, or contaminants. After a brief drainage period, the grippers flip the bottles right-side up and pass them to the filling station. 2. Filling Stage (Gravity/Normal Pressure)The Action: The washed bottles are transferred to the filling carousel, supported strictly by their neck rings (Neck Handling Technology). The Process: High-precision, food-grade stainless steel filling valves open as the bottle lifts and seals against the valve mouth. The Clean: Water fills the bottles quickly and evenly via gravity. The filling level is exceptionally accurate, automatically stopping when the water reaches the pre-set height, ensuring zero spillage and minimal product waste. 3. Capping Stage (Rotary Capper)The Action: Filled bottles immediately advance to the capping zone, which is the most critical phase for product shelf-life and sealing integrity. The Process: A cap sorter/elevator feeds caps into a chute, orienting them correctly. The capping head picks up a cap ("Pick & Place" mechanism) and applies it to the bottle neck. The Clean: Utilizing magnetic torque capping heads, the machine tightens the caps with a precise, adjustable amount of force. Once the target tightness is achieved, the clutch slips automatically. This prevents damage to the cap threads and ensures an airtight, leak-proof seal every time.
